Cuidados pós-transplante renal e as tecnologias facilitadoras da adesão terapêutica: uma revisão de escopo

Objetivo: mapear evidências sobre os cuidados pós-transplante renal e as tecnologias que apoiam a adesão terapêutica. Métodos: revisão de escopo conforme o Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) e PRISMA-ScR. As buscas, conduzidas em julho de 2023 e atualizadas em setembro de 2025, nas bases LILACS e MEDLINE, incluiu estudos publicados entre 2000 e 2025. Resultados: 29 estudos compuseram a amostra, revelando cuidados centrados no monitoramento do enxerto, prevenção de infecções e apoio multiprofissional, além de tecnologias como aplicativos móveis, materiais educativos e sistemas de lembrete. Conclusão: as intervenções baseadas em tecnologias favorecem a adesão terapêutica, porém carecem de estudos longitudinais que avaliem sua efetividade a longo prazo. Além disso, ainda se pretende descobrir qual a melhor intervenção de cuidado a ser implementada para o alcance de uma melhor adesão.
