Gestão de projetos como competência estratégica: formação profissional e competitividade no contexto da Indústria 4.0 no Polo Industrial de Manaus

O ambiente industrial contemporâneo é marcado por transformações tecnológicas aceleradas e crescente competitividade global, demandando das organizações não apenas a incorporação de tecnologias digitais, mas também práticas estruturadas de gestão capazes de converter iniciativas em resultados estratégicos. Nesse contexto, a gestão de projetos emerge como competência central para profissionais atuantes no Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM), complexo industrial de relevância nacional e internacional. O presente artigo, desenvolvido no âmbito do Projeto Start I4.0 ESO-LSE, tem como objetivo analisar como o conhecimento em gestão de projetos contribui para a formação profissional e para a competitividade organizacional no contexto da Indústria 4.0. A pesquisa adota abordagem qualitativa, de natureza bibliográfica e exploratória, fundamentando-se nas diretrizes do Project Management Institute (PMI), nas reflexões de Klaus Schwab sobre a Quarta Revolução Industrial, nas contribuições de Michael Porter sobre vantagem competitiva e na perspectiva de agilidade organizacional de Stephen Denning.
